- I was found passion for fitness in my mid 30's when I started running and lifting weights.
- I have completed 2 marathons and plenty of half marathons and 10 K's. I can confirm after training for Manchester 2024, as much as I love the structure of a good training block that the 10 K will forever be my fave distance.
- As a mid 40's perimenopausal woman I understand the struggles and set backs to training that this can bring.
- I typically work with runners who are looking for guidance and support as they start their Strength Training journey. They are struggling with niggly injuries or a plateau in performance and are looking for ways to compliment their training.
