Join us for Run Strong Club.  Our new fitness community which blends strength training with running .
8 x monthly sessions :
  • 4 x Strength Training Gym Sessions
  • 4  x Runs (intervals, tempo, easy etc)
  • Private FB Community for motivation and support
  • 2 x Personal Trainers and avid runners to give you all the guidance you need 

Group Strength Training

Join us for group strength training. Book onto our next 6 week block.  Sat's 11 am at Sargent Fitness. Suitable for all abilities.
